Rt. Rev. Terry Riley is the founding Third Degree High Priest of the SDCW - ATC. Terry gained national attention in 1993 when he organized a Wiccan Freedom of Religion March that gained National Media attention. He is published poet, songwriter, and author. Terry is the Presiding Elder in the Mid-South region of the U.S. for the Aquarian Tabernacle Church. He sits on the Council of Elders and is the president of the Board of Directors.
